Premier Training and Safety (PTAS) was founded by Paul O'Dwyer in 2022, following months of development. Having spent years working in sectors such as construction, engineering, retail, and voluntary emergency services, PTAS was created as a way to combine this knowledge and experience to create a one-stop shop for clients looking for training in skills such as first aid and manual handling.
